Lindsey Vonn withdrew from the World Cup super-G in Crans-Montana following a crash during Friday's downhill race that left her with an injury to her left knee.The 41-year-old American athlete remains hopeful for the Milan Cortina Olympics after being airlifted for medical attention and receiving support from fellow skier Mikaela Shiffrin.Switzerland's Malorie Blanc won the Saturday competition while German athlete Emma Aicher crashed at the same location but escaped serious injury.
