Sly Dunbar, Legendary Reggae Drummer and One-Half of Sly & Robbie, Dies at Age 73

Reggae legend Sly Dunbar has died at age 73 after his wife found him unresponsive at their home on Monday morning.Known as one-half of the "Riddim Twins" with bassist Robbie Shakespeare, the drummer played on over 200,000 recordings for artists including Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, and the Rolling Stones.The two-time Grammy winner co-founded Taxi Records in 1980 and pioneered the syncopated rockers rhythm that fundamentally transformed the sound of modern reggae and dancehall.
