Trump announced that the USA used a secret weapon called "The Discombobulator" to disable military equipment during the capture of Nicolas Maduro.The announcement followed a strike on a drug vessel in the Pacific, bringing the total number of such operations to 36 since September with 117 fatalities.Trump also confirmed the seizure of seven Venezuelan oil tankers and discussed an Arctic security deal with Mark Rutte that grants land ownership to the USA.
