Amazon MGM Studios paused production on the Tomb Raider series after lead actress Sophie Turner sustained a minor injury during filming in the UK.The crew will remain on the payroll during the expected two-week hiatus while the lead recovers from the physical demands of playing Lara Croft.Phoebe Waller-Bridge created the Prime Video adaptation which began filming in January and features Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs.
