Israeli Airstrikes Kill 31 in Gaza After Trump-Brokered Truce Breach

At least 31 Palestinians were killed during Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip on Saturday, the deadliest escalation since a ceasefire brokered by Donald Trump began in October.The Israel Defense Forces stated the operations targeted Hamas and Islamic Jihad infrastructure following a reported breach of the truce involving militants in Rafah.These strikes occurred just before the scheduled reopening of the Rafah crossing, which remains a central element of the peace framework involving Jared Kushner.
