Chuck Schumer and Democratic senators have blocked a budget deal following the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.The opposition to the 64.4 billion dollar Department of Homeland Security package has increased the risk of a partial government shutdown.While Kristi Noem claimed the victim was armed, video evidence showed Alex Pretti held a mobile phone during the confrontation that sparked protests across the USA.
