Claire Tabouret has been chosen to design the new stained glass windows for Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, with her contemporary themes of Pentecost and unity set to replace the 19th-century works by Eugène Viollet-le-Duc.Despite controversy, legal challenges, and nearly 300,000 signatures against the project, the new windows are being manufactured and are slated for installation by the end of 2026, against the wishes of Emmanuel Macron and the Archbishop of Paris.
