Wenne Alton Davis, a 60-year-old actor known for their role in the Amazon series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel", died after being struck by an SUV at the intersection of West 53rd Street and Broadway in Midtown Manhattan.Police reported that Davis, who used they/them pronouns, had the right of way when the Black Cadillac SUV struck them, causing severe head and body trauma; they were pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital.The driver was not injured and no arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing, while agent Jamie Harris posted a tribute to Davis, who also appeared in "Blindspot", "New Amsterdam", and the film "Shame" alongside Michael Fassbender.
