The Los Angeles Zoo introduced a new baby western lowland gorilla, who is the second offspring of N’djia and Kelly and whose sibling Angela was the first gorilla born at the zoo in over 20 years.The Fuengirola Zoo in Spain also welcomed the birth of a baby western lowland gorilla, with both zoos following Association of Zoos and Aquariums recommendations to promote population sustainability.
