Kansas Teacher Rebecca Rauber Found Dead After National Winter Storm

Search crews in Kansas discovered the body of elementary school teacher Rebecca Rauber on Sunday after she disappeared during a massive national winter storm that has claimed at least 13 lives across the USA.Police in Emporia believe the 28-year-old died of hypothermia just hours after leaving a local bar without her coat or phone as temperatures dropped to minus 13 degrees with wind chill.The weather system, known as Winter Storm Fern, has left more than 1,000,000 people without power and caused 11,600 flight cancellations while causing additional fatalities in Michigan, New York, and Louisiana.
