Samsung has announced a lineup of much smaller Micro RGB LED televisions — 55, 65, 75, 85, 98 and 100 inches — after LG unveiled its Micro RGB evo models for CES, signaling that the RGB LED format is moving from giant flagship sets toward living-room sizes.Samsung says pricing and availability will be detailed at CES while technical briefings note Samsung uses RGB LED clusters smaller than 100 micrometers with color filters to boost color purity, and LG has certified its Micro RGB evo with Intertek for full BT.2020, DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB coverage and is bundling an upgraded Alpha 11 processor and AI upscaling.
