Teenager Dies After Touching Electrified Rail at Berlin Subway Station

Berlin police are investigating after a 17-year-old was electrocuted at the Deutsche Oper station early Saturday morning.The teenager was celebrating with a group of friends when he reached under a stationary train to retrieve a dropped electronic cigarette and touched a live rail.Emergency services arrived quickly at the scene but were unable to revive the youth following his contact with the high-voltage tracks.
