Delcy Rodríguez proposed a national political dialogue to exclude foreign interference following the capture of Nicolás Maduro by the USA this month.The move follows a leaked recording where Rodríguez claimed the USA issued death threats against Venezuelan leaders during the operation in Caracas.While the government released 626 prisoners and invited the United Nations for verification, the USA agreed to a 500 million dollar oil purchase.
