Europol's Operation Grimm has led to 193 arrests across Europe, significantly advancing efforts against "violence as a service" (VaaS), a phenomenon where criminal networks outsource violent acts.The six-month operation, launched in April, targeted organized crime networks exploiting vulnerable youths, with the VaaS trend originating in Sweden and involving 63 perpetrators, 40 facilitators, 84 recruiters, and 6 instigators.
