Hamas will transfer governance of the Gaza Strip to a 15-member technocratic committee following a USA-led peace agreement chaired by Donald Trump.The Rafah border crossing must reopen immediately to allow the new administration, led by Ali Shaath, to enter the territory and begin operations.Reconstruction in Gaza will only begin once Hamas has successfully disarmed according to a statement by Benjamin Netanyahu.
