Jane's Addiction has officially disbanded following a private settlement that resolves lawsuits arising from last year’s onstage altercation in Boston.Navarro, Avery and Perkins had sued seeking at least $10 million, alleging assault and battery and other claims, while Perry Farrell denied the allegations, filed 35 affirmative defenses and sought dismissal and fees.In a joint statement the members said they look forward to pursuing separate musical and creative endeavors, and Farrell apologized again on Instagram, saying he had reflected on his conduct.
