Senate Democrats are threatening to block government funding by Friday unless Donald Trump agrees to legislative reforms for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.The demand for body cameras and the removal of masks for federal agents follows the fatal shooting of nurse Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.Although Tom Homan was dispatched to negotiate with Mayor Jacob Frey, Donald Trump has threatened to withhold federal funds from the city.
