Marius Borg Høiby lost a case in Oslo District Court to block the book "Hvite striper, sorte får," which discusses accusations against him including assault and rape.The court ordered Høiby to pay 460,000 kroner to Aschehoug AS and 70,500 kroner to Den norske forleggerforening, payments his grandmother Marit Tjessem made, according to his lawyer Elias Christensen.
