Leonardo Apache La Russa said he was cleared of a revenge-porn charge and revealed he suffered depression and contemplated suicide after a Milan judge declared the charge extinguished following a €25,000 settlement.Judge Maria Beatrice Parati accepted the payment under Article 162‑ter, the victim’s lawyer Stefano Benvenuto rejected the settlement and the victim has announced an appeal, while a friend, Tommaso Gilardoni, received a one-year prison sentence for sharing an intimate video from the night of 18–19 May 2023.
